DES Training Section
Utilizing Program Data, How to Identify, Gather, and Present Information is an Enhanced Case Management/Supervisory course offered by the DES Training Section.  This course is designed for all supervisors and lead workers who are involved in gathering and using data for income maintenance programs.  The course is designed to help you evaluate your data collection needs, determine the type and sources of data to gather, what to do with the data that has been gathered, and how to prepare and present the data for various audiences and purposes.
