Health Class Activities
Students have been doing a class project based on Nutrition and calorie counting. The students have been involved in keeping up with a 3 - day calorie count which will enable them to keep up with calories consumed, empty calories and how many calories it takes the human body to function.
Day 1-Day 3 Keep record of all food eaten ,meals and snacks
Day 4- Students will add up all calories ,list the foods and add up all calories consumed
Day 5- Class presentations based on findings of each student. Students must present findings,changes in eating habits, and an analysis of their three day experiment.
* All students will turn in a written project showing food consumed, calorie counts, calorie additions, and a written summary of all findings which includes any internet sites used as resources for the project.
