Dear Students,
As we begin the new year, please use the activities below to practice and review concepts in Math, English, Science and History. Also be sure to use your "blue review folder" daily to review key vocabulary in history and science.

Grading Scale Grade Percentages Basic School Rules
A 93-100
B 85-92
C 77-84
D 70-76
F 69 or below		 Tests 40%
Daily Work 30%
Quizzes 20%
Participation 10%

Students will not prevent the teacher from teaching.
Students will always use good manners.
Students will keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves.
Students will not keep others from learning.


Easy ways to help your fourth grader:
  • Practice multiplication facts 10 minutes each night
  • Use your cursive
  • Read for 15-20 each night
  • study notes and vocabulary (especially in Virginia History and Science)

    Please feel free to go to the links at the bottom of the page to practice skills in English, math, or social studies. Below are the topics that are covered each nine weeks (give or take a week or two depending on how well the class doing).

    Spelling tests made easy

    2. Read your AR book for at least 20 minutes.

    3. Go to Multiplication.com or bigbrainz.com to study your multiplication facts.

    4. Study daily notes for science and history.

    5. Any homework written in the daily planner.
