Inter-Class Council / Executive Board (ICC)

ICC is the Executive Board of Student Government and oversees all Student Council activities and projects.  Officers are elected in the spring for the next school year.  Members meet weekly, usually before school or during homeroom time.

The Inter-Class Council/Executive Board is comprised of elected and appointed student officers with the responsibility of constantly working to improve communication among the administration, faculty, and the students, and to coordinate all activities that involve the whole student body.  The Inter-Class Council/Executive Board has the authority to make recommendations to the Administration, and to plan and implement school activities. 

Qualifications:

Each member of the Inter-Class Council/Executive Board is expected to maintain a high level of responsibility, leadership, and determination to better school spirit and communication. In addition to general membership requirements, members of the Inter-Class Council/Executive Board must have had previous and successful Student Council experience at Saint Viator, serving as a representative of officer.

Membership:

The Inter-Class Council/Executive Board consists of one male and one female elected officer from each of the four classes: freshman, sophomore, junior and senior. The Inter-Class Council/ Executive Board and moderator(s) also appoint additional positions to the Board. These include, but are not limited to, Parliamentarian, Public Relations Officer/Web Master, and Freshman Council Mentor.
