Hi Kids,

    How is are your fitness routines going?  Make sure to include strength building activities:
                         sit-ups
                         pull-ups
                         flexed arm hang

            flexibiliity activities:
                         hamstring stretch
                         quad stretch      
                         etc.

            cardiovascular activities:
                         jogging
                         skating
                         aerobics
                         swimming
                         biking
                         brisk walking

            & eat a proper diet.

Lets have at least 201 students qualifiy for a fitness award in 2001!
