This program is designed to help students plan their own lifelong fitness and wellness programs. The students will be able to explain the purpose of physical education and have a historical perspective of the subject. Finally the students will understand that physical activity provides oppurtunities for new challenges, self expression, social interaction, and must of all enjoyment.
Students must continue to work on the things we practice in class to improve their physical fitness level.
