Important Information

I hope everyone enjoyed Toad Suck Daze.  I think it was a great success even with the rain.  Our own 4th grader Cody Barley won the Toad Race.  He won a personal computer and one for his classroom!  Congratulations Cody!!  Please continue to work with your child on 2-digit subtraction.  Periodically I will give a worksheet on 2-digit subtraction with regrouping and take a grade on it just to make sure they are studying at home. Our Math Facts testing is going pretty good!  Thanks for sending back progress notes signed.  Every one had a great time on our field Trip.  Thanks to all the parents who went along and helped out.  Track-N-Field on Friday was rained out.  We will have this on Wednesday of this week.  Don’t forget to send sack lunch, sunscreen and plenty of water for your child.  The concession stand will be open if you want to send money for this.  Thanks to those of you who sent extra supplies, I really appreciate it.  It has helped out a lot!!  The last Award’s Assembly will be May 23rd with our 2nd grade picnic to follow.  More information will be sent on that later.  Learning Camp is next week!  I have one or two who haven’t turned in their school pictures yet- the office may be contacting you on this matter.  Don’t forget to turn in Box Top Labels and Super Center Receipts.  Thank you for all your support!
