Streams 1

Streams are channelized flows of water. The flow can be permanent, intermittent, or ephemeral in nature. The water is evaporated from the oceans, lakes, etc., and is transpired into the atmosphere by plants. It eventually falls on the continents as precipitation, and can end up in channels as streams.
