Iron Mountain Fraud Awareness

At Iron Mountain, our Core Values exemplify our commitment to our customers and our employees. They also serve to highlight the commitment we have to conduct business to the highest ethical standards across the enterprise. In support of these goals, it is important for us to periodically seek out and understand the perceptions of our fellow Mountaineers on the topic of ethics and governance. Accordingly, on a quarterly basis, Global Internal Audit, Global Security Services and Privacy and Compliance will randomly select North American employees to participate in a survey to provide feedback on employee’s perceptions on Ethics within Iron Mountain. The completion of the ten minute survey that is hosted on an external website is entirely voluntary and anonymous, unless you wish to supply your name. When we talk about fraud in business, we are referring to a whole range of activities where people steal within an organization, lie to management or take unfair advantage of the organization. These questions are designed to gauge your opinions of fraud and anti-fraud activities at Iron Mountain. The results from your voluntary participation in the Iron Mountain survey will be compiled on a quarterly basis and reviewed with Management to accurately gauge employee’s perceptions of Ethics at Iron Mountain. Thank you for your time and participation in this survey.
