Reminders:
1. The team has 5 working days to complete the assessment.
2. The passing score is 90% for agents and 95% for supports.
3. If any errors are encountered during the assessment, please report them on or before the end of the KMT deployment. Otherwise, the current score will be considered final if more than 50% of the assessment has been answered, or it will be scored as zero if unanswered. Failure to answer the assessment will be tagged as "failure to answer."
4. KMT POCs are exempted from taking the assessment.
5. In case of a failed assessment, the examinee must undergo coaching. Retakes will be facilitated once coaching for all failed assessments has been completed.
