The aim of Continuous Professional Development is to ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to fulfill their role effectively. This form can be completed by staff who have identified a development need, which can be sourced internally and without costs. Please note that all manadatory fields are marked in with a red asterisk. Please note: A condition of this booking is that an evaluation form is completed. This form will be sent to you when this training has been authorised.
