Senior Awards 2020: Public Service - Teacher Submission of Names for Voting

Hello!

This is the first round of the Senior Awards process; using the attached Excel roster of your academy's senior caseload, please submit as many names of seniors you wish to be considered in the final round of voting.

For specific details of each award / pathway distinction, please read the attached script that specifies the characteristics.

You may enter as many of your academy seniors as you wish; you do not have to submit names if you do not want to (each question is optional).

By senior awards, each academy will have 10 winning recipients. Only 10 medals will be purchased for each academy so any academy who chooses more than 10 will have seniors who do not have a medal.

Please complete by 4pm on Wednesday, April 29th.
