Sedgwick Environmental, Social, & Governance – Existing Landscape Survey

Instructions:

You have been nominated by your leader to participate in this survey to help inform our Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) strategy development at Sedgwick. We know this is an important issue to our colleagues, clients, investors, & communities.

Please provide your input by Friday November 5, 2021.

Defined simply ESG is the following:
• Environmental - how a company’s business impacts the world. Examples:
o Carbon emissions, energy/waste/water/hazardous materials management, fleet management
• Social - a company’s contribution to society. Examples:
o Training & development, diversity equity & inclusion, colleague engagement, charitable/community giving, volunteering, health & safety, supplier diversity, supplier management
• Governance - how a company conducts itself. Examples:
o Business ethics policies, human rights policies, data protection & security, risk management

This survey is designed to help identify key components for building an ESG strategy such as understanding what efforts have been done so far, stakeholder care abouts, the relative importance of issues, level of impact to the company, and desired ambition moving forward.

When answering the questions, please reflect on your specific experiences at Sedgwick and your personal familiarity with key issues. Please list "N/A" for questions you are unable to answer or are not applicable to you.

No additional research is needed on this, it’s simply sharing what you currently know/are aware of around these areas.

Responses from the surveys will be aggregated for insights. Thanks for your participation!
