ET Human Performance Requirements Review (HPRR) Rating Survey Supervisor / Leadership (FFG)

The HPRR process is the mechanism for the fleet to provide feedback on the adequacy of individual training. This is your opportunity to provide meaningful feedback on the relevance and adequacy of the training you received as an Electronics Technician. The objective is to improve training to more adequately meet the needs of the fleet. Please take the time to complete this short survey which will be used during this year’s ET HPRR

  1. How well do you feel your ETs understand the "Kill Chain" and how they integrate into/support it?
All fully understand the “Kill Chain” and can explain it end-to-end
Most understand the “Kill Chain” and have some idea where they fit in
Some understand what the “Kill Chain” is but are unsure how they integrate
A few have heard of the term but are not sure what it means
They are unfamiliar with the term “Kill Chain”

  1. Overall, how well do you feel technical schools (“A", "C" and “F”) have prepared your ETs to perform their jobs in the fleet?
Exceptionally Well - The training they received has far exceeded my perceived need. They can identify and correct every problem with systems they were trained on
Well / The training they received left them well prepared to identify and correct almost any problem with the systems they were trained on
Adequately / They are able to work on the systems they were trained on and correctly identify most problems
Somewhat / They got something out of the schools but I still feel they are unprepared to identify and correct routine problems with the systems they were trained on
Not at all / I feel that the training they received did not adequately prepare them to identify and correct the problems I am seeing with their systems
