Academic Success Agreement - Request for an Academic Appeal

In order to meet the academic standards at Niagara County Community College, you must understand what they are, how they are used, and how your past decisions have created your current academic dismissal. Please answer all questions as completely as you can using the information you learned in the Academic Succes Skills Workshop.

When responding to the questions and statements on the Request for an Academic Appeal form, it is important to be clear and concise in your response. Appeals are granted for extenuating circumstances. If you indicate that you did poorly because you did not apply yourself, you must be VERY SPECIFIC in responding to how you will correct this in the future. Vague answers will be considered incomplete and may result in your request for an appeal to be denied.
