Correspondence Imaging Refresher
Name: 


  1. The Correspondence Imaging extension will return all documents indexed under the subscriber ID number. This will include:
    All EOBs
    All letters generated with client letter
    All member card images
    Documents pertaining to Legacy coverage, if it is a sellover member
    All of the above


  1. Open the Correspondence Imaging extension in Facets production for any member.
    I was able to open the Correspondence Imaging extension and it returned all documents for the member
    I was not able to open the Correspondence Imaging extension or it did not return all documents for the member


  1. If you had problems, please indicate what was wrong.

    I do not have the RADAR ipc Listener icon
    RADAR was unavailable
    RADAR opened, but no documents were returned
