Training Needs Survey

Instructions: The purpose of this survey is to identify training requirements for the knowledge, skills and behaviors that are needed in the University of Chicago workforce. This survey is focused on identifying the training needs for professional and leadership skills for fiscal year 2012. Your participation and responses will be confidential. This survey has two parts.
