This employee transportation survey is being conducted for the purpose of evaluating our Travel Demand Management Plan. As part of our lease agreement for additional parking stalls in the State Street Capitol Ramp; Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation is required to submit an annual update to the City’s Transit and Parking Commission.
