You may be aware that Manatee County is looking at a county-wide schedule of 7 credits for all 6 high schools in an effort to meet the requirements of the class size ammendment. Which plan do you think would be best? (This is for information only and should not be considered a vote for a certain schedule.)
seven 45 minute periods each day (similar to middle school)
3 x 3 plus - three 90 minute periods seen daily for a semester and one 45 minute period seen year round (similar to the 4 x 4)
A/B plus - six 90 minute periods with three seen every other day and a 45 minute period seen every day ( similar to A/B)
four 75 minute classes on Monday-Wednesday-Friday and three 110 minute classes seen Tuesday -Thursday (similar to college)
three 110 minute classes seen daily for a 75 day semester and four 80 minute classes seen daily for a 105 day semester
seven 45 minute periods seen on one day of the week , on the other 4 days three 90 minute classes which alternate and a shorter 45 minute period seen daily ( similar to Lakewood Ranch's schedule)
