7th Floor Learning Needs Assessment Survey - (copy)

It has already been 6 months since we began our telemetry training! Therefore it seems an appropriate time to evaluate where we are in our process to develop our collective competence and confidence as we care for our telemetry patients.
The goal of this survey is to define what our 7th floor staffs’ current telemetry learning needs and wants are. Our hope is to be able to better understand our learning issues and identify plans.
Terms:
• Needs are the gaps between what currently exists and what it should be
• Wants are the solutions – the proposed means of filling the gaps
Thank you in advance for completing this survey. Joan and Barb
