The purpose of this survey is to collect your feedback on the effectiveness of the recent National Claims Roadshow AND to understand how ready you are to adopt the change from the Claims Systems Transformation Program (Guidewire/ClaimCenter) program. What is CSTP?
Claims Systems Transformation Program (CSTP) is implementing new claims management technologies (Guidewire’s ClaimCenter, FileNet, Oracle), processes and tools to support our transformation.
