Claims Systems Transformation Program Survey - February 2014 - (Good copy)
The purpose of this survey is to collect your feedback on the effectiveness of the recent National Claims Roadshow AND to understand how ready you are to adopt the change from the Claims Systems Transformation Program (Guidewire/ClaimCenter) program. All impacted employees, at all levels, are surveyed anonymously to capture their current levels of knowledge, and to capture feedback, comments and ideas. This information is critical to ensure the program provides you with the right communications, engagement and leadership support. What is CSTP? Claims Systems Transformation Program (CSTP) is implementing new claims management technologies (Guidewire’s ClaimCenter, FileNet, Oracle), processes and tools to support our transformation.
