The new quarter is here. Please focus on meeting your due dates and seek out help from a teacher if you are struggling.
How are you doing completing your A/R goal? If you don't know, stop by your language arts teacher's classroom and check it out. Knowledge is power-the power to get the grades YOU want. Remember to have your A/R book with you in all of classes. You never know when you might have a few free minutes. Try it, you'll like it!
A few quick announcements:
*Get a pass during homebase to resolve questions and concerns. Homebase is a great time to get a new book, turn in missing work or ask a teacher for assistance.
*Central Middle School yearbooks are now on sale. Get them now before the price goes up. Yearbooks are $28 if purchased before January 31. After that, the cost will go up to $35. Students can pick up order forms outside the office in the student information center. Yearbooks can also be ordered online at www.JostensYearbooks.com Not sure if you ordered a yearbook? Panda Challenge-Turn in your boxtops and milk caps to Mrs. Ruddy, Mrs.Plana or Mr. Lamwers room. Names will also be drawn and prizes can be selected from the display case. If you want to donate prizes..sweet treats, water bottles or any thing a middle school student would like, see Mrs. Plana. Money earned stays with Panda team to pay for fieldtrip transportation, supplies and class rewards.Thank you for your support!
