I am doing fine now but due to complications, Mrs. Severson will begin grading all work this week. I will work on the messages I have and post those grades as quickly as possible.

By Friday I will have everything posted do if you are missing a grade on something you feel you turned in, please turn it in to Mrs. Severson and she will grade it.

The size of your portfolios is too large to send to my Outlook account. There are three options for this problem.

• Option one: Send you file to my Hotmail address. If it fits we have a solution.
• Option two: ZIP your file. This will reduce the size of your file which may allow it to be sent to Outlook.
• Option three: you can remove the images from quarter 3. Make a copy of your portfolio, rename it then delete all pictures from quarter 3.
• Option four: Another option is to package as PDF for mailing.

One of these solutions should make it possible to send your files to me this Friday, our first portfolio check date.

I cannot emphasize the importance of monitoring the calendar this quarter. By my not being there, I will not be able to remind you of assignments as they come due. It will be on your shoulders this quarter.

I have added portfolio checks to the calendar for every Friday starting with 4 May. Make sure you check it frequently to make sure you don't miss one.

I have created a secondary e-mail account on Hotmail should you need it this quarter. That address will be in the message this week so make sure you put it in your address book along with my normal Outlook address. All work will need to be sent to one of those accounts or turned in by filling out the appropriate survey.

Reminder that all seniors must have all assignments turned in NLT 1 June.
