We are finishing our study of immigration in the United States and moving to an era of change and great social action. The Progressive Era provides a great opportunity for student's to explore areas in which people and groups worked to make life better for Americans. Around Thanksgiving break, the classes will get a project that allows them to greater explore the Progressive Era so look for that in the future. Many students need assistance with long range planning so structure and support from home can go a long way to making this project successful for all students.
