Dear Travelers and Parents,
Final Payments
If you have not yet given me the tip money for the Tour Director and Bus Driver ($54), or the total amount (see previous update ) you can do one of two things. (1) Try to get the money to me on Monday. I will be at school until around 11:00. You can drop it off there. I will check my mail before I leave. (2) Wait until we are in France and pay me in euros (185 €). Enough people have paid the entire $232 that I can now get the traveler's checks for the tips.
Corresponding with hosts
I know that there are still a few of you who have not yet taken th etime to write to you hosts. Please do this. You can e-mail it to me (fhsmonsieur@adelphia.net OR just click the link above -just under the QUIA logo) and I can forward it to Mme Bouvier.
Sub Sale Returns
Thanks to those of you who returned your unsold coupons and/or money for your sales. For those of you who have not, please do so right away. I need to settle our debts with Teresa's. If you have any money to give me, please keep in mind that for every coupon you sell, give me $2.59, and you keep $1.16. (Yes, I owe some of you money.) It is very important that the unsold coupons are returned or destroyed. When a coupon is used, I will know who is responsible for that coupon, since they ae numbered. If it is one that I have not recorded as sold, you will need to pay me/Teresa's for it.
Post Trip Picnic
I happy to announce that the family of Hilary Symes has graciously agreed to host the picnic after we get back. Now all we need to do is set a date. If we are aiming for a Saturday, Jully 22 is bad for me. After that, I think my Saturdays are free. Please write to me to let me know what dates are bad for you and hopefully we can find something that's good for everyone.
