Dear students,
Your grades are ready. You can see them in the Excel file at the bottom. If you wish you can take the optional Vocabulary X test next Wednesday in the small lab. It will last 30 minutes.
Remember to check the ACTA next Wednesday. To do so, please go to the small lab before 9:30 am. Or, if you prefer, you can see me in my office after that time.
It's been great working with you. Have a good Easter vacation!

Only one student took the vocabulary quiz in the laboratory today. The rest of you agreed to take it at home this week under the following conditions:
1. The quiz will be active from today at 9:30 am until Friday, March 2, at 11:59 pm. Please make sure you take it within this specified period.
2. Create exam conditions for yourself: ask your family and friends not to interrupt you (remember the clock keeps ticking...).
3. As usual with vocabulary quizzes, don't use dictionaries or books of any kind.

Dear students,
I have updated the link at the bottom of this page with your grades for all the tests you have taken (vocabulary quizzes 1 and 2, reading 1, departmental 1). Please check your grades to make sure I didn't make any mistakes.
Regarding the departmental exam, it is a good idea to make an appointment to see it in my office.

Last Monday we were unable to have a regular class because I was caught in a traffic jam. I arrived at 8:15 and so it was not appropriate to teach the day's lesson to the five or six students who were still waiting. So we reviewed the materials vocabulary introduced last week. (Remember that this vocabulary will be on the next quiz!)
We also exercised enriching that vocabulary by classifying it into categories. I recommend that you do this too when you study it. There is a link to these words at the bottom of this web page.
