Welcome to the information page for the Saint Viator Choirs' trip to New York City in May, 2014!
Vital Info Needed: Please click on the "Submit vital info here" link below to enter important information we need to send to the organizers in NY! Please complete this by Tuesday, March 4!
Rehearsals: It's important that we arrive in NY prepared. We will be rehearsing each section separately for 1 hour each week leading up to the trip. Please see the list posted under "Links" below to find out which section you are in and note your rehearsal times on the Google calendar below. Please email me (CC:ing your parents) with any conflicts. Students are responsible for making up missed rehearsal time.
Itinerary Update: The final itinerary will not be available until the rehearsal schedule is finalized with DCINY (the company organizing the performance at Lincoln Center). A preliminary itinerary can be found under "links" below. Please note that nothing on this itinerary is final... items may be added or deleted, and dates/times of each event may be changed. A more complete, detailed itinerary once the rehearsal schedule is finalized.
Concert Ticket Info: A link is available below where you can purchase tickets to the May 10th performance! Feel free to forward that link to friends and family!
Please note that no refunds will be given after February 1.
AP EXAM INFO FOR NY TRIP STUDENTS
Any student who will be missing an AP exam due to this trip must let his/her teacher know as soon as possible. There is a $45 fee per test to reschedule. The administration will contact you in Jan/Feb when the tests are being ordered. Please contact Mrs. Manno with any questions.

View your trip account at Charmsoffice.com by clicking on "View Your Trip Account Here" under links below and following these steps:
1) Select login for parents/students/mentors
2) Enter School Code: SaintViatorChoir
3) Enter Password: your school ID#
4) Select "Finances" and then "Trip Ledgers" to view your remaining trip balance.
