Besides this particular page that deals with National Poetry Month, there are many additional resources on this site from the Academy of American Poets.
This site includes MANY other sites, including the "Favorite Poem" project.
Ths WebEnglish Teacher page has several excellent links, and ways to find out more about specific poets.
While this page has many of the same links as other pages, it still is very comprehensive, and has some links that others do not have.

This will link you to the best biography links in case you are studying poets.
Although this has many opportunities to purchase materials, there are also some great links to teaching resources.
Not only does this site have many poems, including classics, but it has the option to play the poem aloud for many of them.
This Shel Silverstein page is a great model for poetry.
While this is yet another page from poets.org, I like the fact that this has a nice collection of poems that teachers recommend for school.
Teachers First always has excellent recommendations.
