This site is intended to help keep you informed of upcoming assignments or events.


Please remember a note is required when your child returns from an absence. Please include his/her name, date of absence, and reason.

Please note: Baker Dozen girls that will not be in class for the science test should make plans to stay after school on Tuesday, December 8, 2:50 - 3:30, to take the test.


Math - Period 1 - Students have begun chapter 7, Number Theoroy. Students will work on divisibility rules, prime and composite numbers, prime factorization, least common multiple and greatest common factor.

Test - Wednesday, December 9

Math - Period 2 -Students have begun chapter 6, Graphing Data. Students will work on bar graphs, line graphs, circle graphs, stem-and-leaf plots, histograms, and box-and-whisker graphs.
Test - Thursday, December 10

Religion - Period 4 - Students have begun Family Life, chapters 5 & 6.
Test - Friday, December 4

Science - Period 5 - Students are studying Chapter 4, Ecosystems. We will discuss climates, ecosystems' energy sources, competition within an ecosystem, and biomes.
Complete the Chapter 4 activities at the science textbook website below.
All students are expected to keep a binder which we are adding to daily. Students have been taught a modified version of Cornell notetaking. These notes are kept in the binder in the order completed and are available for studying nightly. Students have been shown how to take the notes and techniques for studying from them. Please check binders and have your child explain the techniques!
