Chrome
- Click the Menu icon in the top right and select History.
- Click on the Clear browsing data... button.
- Check the Cached images and files checkbox if it is not selected already.
- Click the Clear browsing data button.
Internet Explorer 8
- From the menu bar on the right, select Tools -> Internet Options.
- Click on the General tab if it is not selected already.
- In the Browsing history section, click Delete....
- Check the Temporary Internet files checkbox if it is not selected already.
- Click the Delete button.
Internet Explorer 9 and higher
- Open the Settings menu using the gear icon on the top right, and select Internet Options.
- Click on the General tab if it is not selected already.
- In the Browsing history section, click Delete....
- Check the Temporary Internet files checkbox if it is not selected already.
- Click the Delete button.
Safari
- From the menu, select Safari -> Preferences.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Check the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox if it is not selected already.
- From the menu, select Develop -> Empty Caches.
- Click the Clear Now button.
Firefox (Windows)
- Click the Menu icon in the top right and select Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click the clear your recent history link.
- In the Clear All History pop-up, check the Cache checkbox if it is not selected already.
- Click the Clear Now button.
Firefox (Mac)
- From the menu, select Firefox -> Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Click the clear your recent history link.
- In the Clear All History pop-up, check the Cache checkbox if it is not selected already.
- Click the Clear Now button.
