Help - Clearing Your Browser's Cache 
 
 

Chrome

  1. Click the Menu icon in the top right and select History.
  2. Click on the Clear browsing data... button.
  3. Check the Cached images and files checkbox if it is not selected already.
  4. Click the Clear browsing data button.

Internet Explorer 8

  1. From the menu bar on the right, select Tools -> Internet Options.
  2. Click on the General tab if it is not selected already.
  3. In the Browsing history section, click Delete....
  4. Check the Temporary Internet files checkbox if it is not selected already.
  5. Click the Delete button.

Internet Explorer 9 and higher

  1. Open the Settings menu using the gear icon on the top right, and select Internet Options.
  2. Click on the General tab if it is not selected already.
  3. In the Browsing history section, click Delete....
  4. Check the Temporary Internet files checkbox if it is not selected already.
  5. Click the Delete button.

Safari

  1. From the menu, select Safari -> Preferences.
  2. Click on the Advanced tab.
  3. Check the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox if it is not selected already.
  4. From the menu, select Develop -> Empty Caches.
  5. Click the Clear Now button.

Firefox (Windows)

  1. Click the Menu icon in the top right and select Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Click the clear your recent history link.
  4. In the Clear All History pop-up, check the Cache checkbox if it is not selected already.
  5. Click the Clear Now button.

Firefox (Mac)

  1. From the menu, select Firefox -> Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Click the clear your recent history link.
  4. In the Clear All History pop-up, check the Cache checkbox if it is not selected already.
  5. Click the Clear Now button.
