Welcome to the Team!

It is an exciting time for the CxC (Consumer Experience Center) at AdventHealth. And as your Training Team, we want to be the first to welcome you to the CxC family!

As we continue to grow, we strive to remain as adaptable, motivated, and responsive to our new employees as we are to our patients. We are sure that you will soon feel the sense of pride we share in belonging to this growing department. We would like you to know that you, as part of our team, are our most important and greatest asset. We could not accomplish what we do every day without our employees. For that reason, we value each employee.

Our mission at the CxC is to develop centralized, simplified, and systematized teams in order to effectively improve the care for our patients within the AdventHealth System.  We have a multi-faceted approach to the comprehensive coordination of care, which provides patient-centered, relationship-driven care. For you to succeed alongside us, we want to let you know what the CxC has to offer and at the same time introduce you to our policies, procedures, and processes.
