You report back to me on your visit to an advisor to help you deal with stress in your life. She asks about your friends and how they are dealing with stress. Then she recommends steps for you to take.

Some useful expressions:

Ich bin in der Schule total kaputt. I'm really wiped out at school.

Ich muss immer arbeiten: I have to work all the time.

ich kann nicht genug schlafen: I can't get enough sleep.

Ich kann nicht genug schlafen, weil ich often nicht bis halb zwölf ins Bett gehe. I can't get enough sleep because I often don't get to bed until 11:30.

...und dann muss ich um sieben oder habf acht aufstehen: ... and then I have to get up at seven or seven-thirty.

Es hängt davon ob ... : it depends.

Also study the vocabulary on p. 103 (teenage worries). There are other useful words on the two vocab pages.

In case you're also worried about turning into a werewolf: ich denke, dass ich vielleicht ein Werwolf werde.
