This is where you can find reminders about assignments and important upcoming due dates, as well as download worksheets you may have lost. Weekly Reminders:

  • Submit your thesis statement via this form by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, May 22.
  • Pig dissection packets are due by Friday, May 25. They will be accepted late on Tuesday, May 29, but I won't be here to collect them.
  • Submit your research paper outline (intro, three main ideas, conclusion) via this form by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, May 30.
  • Submit your introductory paragraph for your research paper via this form by 11:59 pm on Friday, June 8.
  • Last day to retake the Plant Unit MC test is Friday, June 8.
  • Engineering design projects must be completed and the worksheets submitted by Monday, June 11.
  • Extra credit for the semester is due by Tuesday, June 12.
  • Information on the engineering design challenges are found below.

In Class: Lab 11 is due. Finish mycorrhizae case study with video.
Homework: Final review session covering evolution will be in room 703 with Abe from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Bring $$ for pizza if you want.

Tuesday, May 8:
In Class: Review plant unit with powerpoint and Kahoot if there's time.
Homework: Work on plant unit work (23-27). Study for test. Extra credit quizzes due by 11:59 pm.

Wednesday, May 9:
In Class: Take the Plant Unit MC Test. Most of you will take the essay in class. Some of you will submit your refutational essays via turnitin.com by 11:59 pm tonight.
Homework: Plant unit work (23-27) due by 11:59 pm as is the refutational essay.

Thursday, May 10:
In Class: Review human anatomy and physiology unit with powerpoint and practice questions.
Homework: Study for AP exam.

Friday, May 11:
In Class: Review the baker's dozen recommended labs with powerpoint.
Homework: Study for AP exam and get some sleep!
