We will review the emotions and the verb ESTAR before going to pg. 222 in the text. We will listen to the Primera Vista and practice the new vocabulary. Let's make out your family tree from grandparents down to siblings and cousins. Label all of the relationships in Spanish. Turn this in for a grade.

See the videohistoria or listen to it. (pg. 224-225) Then, after translating the story, complete Activity 3 and turn it in. Pick up the workbook pgs. and complete the activities to review the new vocabulary. Turn in completed work.

Review what we have covered....and let's take a quiz to see what you have learned. Bonus material....Moo video also.

We must go back to our lesson with a vocabulary review. I will show you the workbook pages that we completed last time, and we will review what we studied. Make a point to review these again at home for a vocabulary quiz next time.
We may look at the Phschool.com test activity to see if we are prepared for an exam.
Finally, let's look at the stem-changing verbs that came up in this lesson. JUGAR is one of them. You have also seen PODER and QUERER. We will discuss the 3 groups of stem-changing verbs, and I will give you notes to help you understand them.

Today, we will continue to practice and use the stem-changing verbs. After the written work is completed, we will use quia activities to help you learn all of the meanings and conjugations.

We will review the meanings of STEM verbs before going on to a new lesson involving descriptions, eating in a restaurant, talking about people and foods!
See the primera vista pages 248-249. Then, we will talk about our little book project.

We will review the adjectives and new vocabulary before seeing the VIDEOHISTORIA pgs. 250-251. After we see it, let's read the selection, translate it, and try to complete activity 3. We will probably have vocabulary worksheets.
