Welcome to the NC Office of State Personnel and Wake Technical Community College's Administrative Professional Certificate Program Post-Training Supervisor Survey.
In this survey, you will be asked a number of questions about the Administrative Professional Certificate Program your employee recently completed. You will be asked your opinion regarding program impact, effectiveness, length, costs, etc. The survey will also include a few demographic questions, such as length of service in state government, education level, age, etc. Survey results will be used to make program improvements.

The survey has 21 questions and will require approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey window opens Thursday, September 6, 2012 and will remain open for two weeks. The survey will close on Friday, September 21, 2012.
Only you will know how you responded to the questions. All responses to the survey are confidential. Names are not requested. Neither your employee nor other participating supervisors will have access to any individual survey results.
