Third grade students have learned animal vocabulary and animals of South and Central America. We also learned the verb Ser (to be) and how this verb is used with singular subjects and plural subjects. While learning that adjectives, such as colors, follow nouns in Spanish, the students completed their own predictable books based upon Eric Carle’s Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? The students shared their books with their reading buddies in Kindergarten.
