HI, FOLKS!!

This page was created for those of you who have had to adjust your original graduation plan. You can still access the course as your time permits.

CHECKING YOUR RESULTS ON QUIA

You can go to www.quia.com and login to the web section. You will see all your exam results that we have for you. Remember, every time you enter an exam you will be given a score. So if you go in and back right out, you will get a 0%.

You can take your exams as many times as you like. The computer will remember your best score.

DISCUSSION FORUM REMINDER!

You need to have a facebook account to post to the forums. You don't need to get fancy and have a full profile or invite friends or anything else. You just need to have a login/password so you can access the forums from the course (not from Facebook).

MODULE 9 UPDATE

There is a dead link on the DVD for the Structured Interview Worksheet. See if you can search to find examples of structured interview examples.

Also, 2 of the 3 Career Portfolio resources are dead links. You can google "Career Portfolio" and find many other resources to help you get an idea about what you would like to include in the one you develop.

MODULES 10 and 11

As we "warned" you, Mods. 10 and 11 are a tad bit lengthy! But hopefully they will give you some very practical information that will assist you in the work you do.

Be sure to note the DVD assignments on the module webpages to help you be sure that you have found the worksheets and assignments that you need to submit to us.

MODULE 11 UPDATE

You can skip the Skillscan activity....NCDA just let us know that they are dropping that activity. Will let you know of other options....for now, just skip and proceed.

The ASCI Worksheet has been revised since the DVD was created and the new worksheet is on your Mod. 11 webpage. Also, state data is not currently found on that website so you can skip that question.

MODULE 12 UPDATE

The USAJobs worksheet is not matching up with the redesigned website well. Don't let that throw you....there is still tons of great information on that site. Learn from it what you can.

YOUR WRAP-UP ASSIGNMENTS!

As you complete your work on this course you have a few final assignments:
1. for oModule 15: Email us a brief summary of your Independent Study Project(s); what you've done and the hours you've completed.
2. Complete the course survey found at the link below.
3. Print off a copy of the GCDF application. The link to the cce-global website is on page 3 of the Introduction in your workbook. You do not need to complete the application prior to class....in fact wait until I can give you some tips. Just bring it with you.
