Since course instruction, most materials, and assessments will be in Spanish for this course, an intermediate level of Spanish speaking ability is required for the course. To ensure that you have the requisite language ability, enrollment in the course is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a Spanish Language Placement exam. The exam will take approximately 30 minutes and will involve reading, writing, listening comprehension, and speaking in Spanish.
