Hello Year 11, if you are revising!
In the following activities you will be practising exercises to enable you to cope with travelling by train in Germany.
When you have worked through the exercises you will:
(a) Find a website for the Germany Railway Network
(b) Choose a starting point and decide on your destination
(c) Find a train timetable
(d) Find out the cost of a return ticket
(e) Decide when you want to travel
(f) Find out if you will have to pay a supplement
(g) Find out if you will need to change trains
(h) Find out the platform the train leaves from
(i) Find out if you will be able to get something to eat on
the train.
(j) Present all the information in the form of a role-play
between yourself and the booking office clerk.
