Welcome to Globe Technology Department,

This course (Web Module) is designed for:
- home schooled students (and parents of) in grades 4-12 looking for structured online courses
- home schooled students looking for documentation of their work and tracking of their progress
- traditionally schooled students in grades 4-12 with an interest in improving their computer skills
- traditionally schooled students in grades 6-12 needing to complete credits in technology skills
- traditionally schooled students in grades 6-12 who need documentation of completion or progess
- teachers wanting to increase their computer skills and become proficient in basic "21st Learning Skills"
- teachers wanting certificates or documentation of successful completion
- parents, and other adults wanting to become more technology savvy and increase their technology skills

This web module assumes:
- the student (participant) is using a Mac OS X platform
- has access to Atomic Learning Videos
- has or is currently using the referenced course software

Example: If you sign up to take the Inspiration 8 Intro Web Module we assume you:
- are currently using a computer with Mac OS X
- have access to Inspiration 8 software (for Mac)
- have access to the Inspiration 8 Intro Videos on Atomic Learning website

This course provides the following:
- quality instruction for tracking your progress and understanding of the course material
- feedback from a qualified instructor concerning your progress
- email support for questions and concerns
- technical support
- documentation of your progress
- a certificate of completion (upon successful completion)

The current fees for this class are:
- GLOBE Charter School Teachers, Staff and Students: FREE (if recommended by GTD)
- GLOBE Parents and Other Community Members: $30
- Non GLOBE Participants: $40

Additional Fees:
- One-Time "New Student Registration": $50

Optional Fees:
- Complete Academic Grade Report: $10
- Certificate of Completion: $10
- Student Workbook of all Course Quizzes: $50
- Teacher's Guide of all Course Quizzes: $100
- Video Fee: $100.00 (this fee is per student not per class)

Since many of the web-modules are in development we are offering a special half price offer. Enroll in any web module at the regular price between now and December 1st, 2009 and receive half off your enrollment in any of our other web modules.
