What does Guinea or ECOWAS want at this moment? We need Leadership! This leadership should: • Build the highway of democracy through technical know-how teamwork; • Evaluate all the economic, educational, democratic and developmental sectors so as to envision a global standard of decision-making policies that restores justice and credibility in Guinea/ECOWAS community; • Prioritize the restoration of genius democracy through the ballot boxes, education, technology and partnership using international Standards; • Provide the best educational, employment, and equal opportunity legislature based on international standards. • Value human life with a status that focus on “All men are created equal;” • Partnership with every Guinean, the ECOWAS community and the international community so as to identify a common ground based on self-discipline and security for all and from all; • Identify through consultation the best developmental concepts that promote democratic principles; • Communicate the best conflict resolution policies based on non-violence, religious values, African values, and global shared values. • Delegate purposeful and unequivocal employment opportunities that limit employee and employer’s duties and prerogatives; • , Restore the patriotic trust that promotes educational opportunities, science and technology break through, research based leadership and investment incentives; • Free the media to communicate constructive and objective news. Ahmed (2003) as cited by Anthony Michael Yitts (2007) stated that innovation needs to be “a highly dynamic, interactive process embracing a broad spectrum of internal-external arrangements, such as research and technology partnerships, out-sourcing and value-capture options” (p. 33).
