COURSE OVERVIEW
Spanish 1H is an introductory course designed for students aiming to meet basic college admission language requirements.
In this course, students will learn to use the Spanish language in meaningful ways and begin to develop essential communication skills for the Spanish-speaking world.
Grammar and vocabulary will be taught with a focus on their function and application in real-life situations. Emphasis will be placed on the skills of reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Additionally, there will be a strong focus on the interaction between language and culture, providing students with valuable insights into their own language and cultural backgrounds.
