THE INTERNAL ACCOUNTS SURVEY AND FIXED ASSET REGISTER ARE DUE JUNE 30, 2010!
School Financial Services has revised the FY10 Internal Accounts Survey, making it easier and quicker to complete. And, we are pleased to launch the new Oracle Fixed Asset Application (FAA) that replaces the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet formerly used to track assets.
All schools are required to use the new FAA system this year.

The new FAA system will include all data from the school's Asset Register submitted last year; items purchased this fiscal year through Oracle I-Procurement and data from TechXL.
Schools will need to:
- Review & compare converted data from last year's asset register
- Conduct physical inventory
- Complete records of assets purchased through Oracle I-Procurement
- Enter and Complete asset records for assets purchased through internal accounts
- Transfer/dispose of assets
