Welcome to the Gold Team Newsletter
Eighth grade students participated in an aeronautics lab led by engineering consultants Mike Wilson and Tim Kulak of Packer Engineering, Inc. on November 12th. The students built and tested model airplanes as part of their physical science curriculum. They worked in teams to collect flight data and calculate average speeds of their model airplanes under varying test conditions.
This was a wonderful learning experience for our eighth graders and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Packer Engineering!
