Class begins on Feb 1 and concludes on Feb 26. There will be a total of four (4) assignments. Assignments will be posted every Monday and must be completed and sumbited by Friday of the same week.
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:
Understand RMIC’s role as an insurer
Discuss the differences between risk versus compliance underwriting
Explain why conditional commitments should not be issued
Apply the fundamentals of risk underwriting to case scenarios
