-furniture placement
-door (size???) and window (???) openings....you may have to wait on this
3. Today, everyone should have the following completed on Revit:
-walls for your master bedroom.....8 feet high walls
-a floor for all living space
-doors and windows for the master bedroom
-master bathroom walls and any doors
-walls and door for closet spaces
4. Now, start putting together a general budget for this remodel project
-please record this information on your blueprint...use example completed to help
-YOU, THE OWNER, CAN COMPLETE ALL THE DEMOLITION
-drywall material....$9.00 a sheet....this will cover 32 square feet (4x8 sheet)
-one contractor @ $35.00 per hour (this person will do all the labor)
-drywall production - 60 square feet per labor hour
-painting - 150 square feet per labor hour
-flooring production 30 square feet per labor hour
