-Converting Measurements (Architectural to Decimal)
4. Complete the "4" practice problems on your own....we will go thru tomorrow
5. Measuring our classroom
-work with a partner in order to complete the following:
-Determine the area of this room....start with Architectural measurements
than covert to decimal measurements
6. Now, determine / measure where the doors and windows are located
-be precise, for you will be using these measurements on Revit

-a pencil, calculator, architectural notebook, and an architectural ruler
3. Work with your measuring partner today
-complete the practice sheet....Using an Architectural Ruler
-complete the classroom measurements
-now, pick-up a piece of 11 x 17 graph paper and construct a the classroom (1/4 scale)
(be sure to include the windows and doors)
4. Once those items are completed, you may begin your 1st Revit training

2. Complete a Revit build for this design.....FOLLOW THE SAME PROCEDURE THAT YOU DID FOR OUR CLASSROOM DESIGN.....YOU ARE JUST IMPROVING OUR LAYOUT

4. Tasks to know for Friday's Revit test are:
-know how to rename levels in the Property Browser
-be able to create "unchained" walls and alter their dimensions
-change the material type for your walls
-create a "3D" view
-place a floor into your design

-place doors, windows from the Revit family
-be able to upload @ least one feature from Revit City
-create a 11 x 17 sheet and place different views for printing (also adjust the scale)
