Pre-Calc Course Description: This is a rigorous course where strong emphasis is placed on the understanding of mathematics, its structures and processes. A great deal of emphasis is place on the study of right triangle trigonometry, circular functions, inequalities, analytical geometry, functions and their graphs, exponential and logarithmic functions and the theory of polynomials. This course will be aligned with the Common Core Mathematics standards.
