The Skin Care E-learning Post Test has been designed to help facilitate the understanding of Skin Care Procedures in LTACH. The test was developed to meet competency requirements.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Complete the on-line post-test and evaluation survey. (Give yourself time to complete the test, you can not start the test and go back later to complete, you must complete at the time upon starting the test.)
2. Locate the appropriate test under Quia Activities (see below)
3. Take the test:
> a. Click on test
> b. Enter your LAST name, FIRST name; TITLE
-------- (Example: Doe, Jane; RN)
4. Complete the evaluation survey and test REMEMBER to hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the test AND survey. (CEU Certificate will not be awarded without completing evaluation survey.)
5. Print the evaluation survey (this is your proof of completion).
6. Make a copy for your records and give original to your Clinical Educator.
