Welcome to Marketing Principles!
This is an exciting course designed to introduce the student to the basics of Marketing. In this course, students will learn about how marketing is found in all types of businesses and organizations. Students will learn through project based instruction how to develop marketing surveys, develop a product or service, and how to promote and advertise that product or service in order to increase sales and revenue for a company.
It is strongly encouraged that students who participate in the Marketing and Entrepreneurship programs join DECA. This organization will allow students additional opportunities to put into practice what they are learning in the classroom. They will also have the opportunity to develop leadership and teamwork skills through organizing and implementing on campus activities.
